Get ready to put your dancing shoes to the test at the Friday, May 1st concert: it’s going to get hot under the big tipi!

Le Mange Bal is one of the pioneering projects of the emerging trad / electro-folk scene, alongside Beat Bouet Trio, Patate Sound System, Turfu and Superparquet. Their music draws its roots from Occitan, Auvergnat, Poitevin and Britanny traditional music.

Tunes from French regional folk dances and traditional music are reworked with drum machines, samplers, accordion, clarinet and analog synthesizers.

Le Mange Bal brings dance floors to life at contemporary music and world music festivals, as well as folk ballrooms, in France and across Europe.
