Registration is only possible on this website (no on-site registration). Please note that registration for the workshops will take place at a later date (we will send you an email on April 15).

2024 rates:

Our rates have changed. We explain why: HERE.

• Participant rate: 150 € per person for the 3 days (160 € after March 15).
• Non paddling participants (access to all the Festival except the workshops): 100 €. After march 15 : 110 €.
• Children under 12 years old: 60 €.
• Free for children under 5 years old.

Please note that it is not possible to register for just one or two days. Please also note that we do not offer a canoe rental service.

This price includes :

• Official Open Canoe Festival T-shirt,
• Welcome bag / Goodies Bag (poster, sticker…),
• Welcome aperitif,
• Opening film on Thursday evening,
• Friday evening meal,
• Friday evening concert,
• Saturday evening meal,
• Participation in Saturday evening big prize lottery,
• Sunday local specialities picnic,
• Free shuttle for the Big Descent,
• Workshops (nearly 100 over 3 days),
• Participation in the organisation costs (the real cost per person is about 260 €, the difference is financed by sponsors and partners).

At registration, you have the possibility to ask for a vegetarian meal (without meat or fish). The local picnic is not vegetarian. Food allergies are not catered for.

Please note that the organisation does not provide boats and does not offer any rental service.

Accommodation

The registration fee does not include the camping fee:

Reservation of camping pitches is not necessary (except for chalets and mobile homes where availability is limited).

To receive a 5% discount on chalets and mobihomes, please enter the code “OCF24L” on your booking.

Please note: due to the large number of participants, Gervanne Camping is not able to allocate a pitch per family or group. Pitches will therefore have to be shared to accommodate everyone.

Camping fee (applicable for the entire stay):

• 8,70 € per person per night (+ tourist tax of 0,61 €).
• 4,10 € per night for children from 5 to 12 years old.
• Free for children under 5 years old.
